These house plans are concept designs only and not complete set of construction drawings for building and permits. the cost on these plans would be to complete them into a complete set of construction drawings for building and permits. this does not include any additional design changes. I'm in the process of converting them into complete sets as time allows and will move to the new platform under house plans tab.

Some of these plans, have been converted and moved over and ready to sell at a lower cost but still show on this platform so check and see if it's not on the new platform. Will be updating as time allows.
